Personal background highlights: Raised in a small town outside of Seattle, I've always dreamed of helping others. I love to motivate, tuck in tags for strangers, be a good friend and make people happy! I was raised in a very frugal house and that has motivated me to keep my pricing affordable, so anyone can enjoy the benefits of self-care and body appreciation on a whole new level. I am an empty nester and decided to put my talent into the world and create a business helping women feel more confident about their bodies!

What I do: I own Valley Sculpting in downtown Gilbert. We offer non-invasive options for body contouring (think cool-sculpting but without the freeze) and surgery-free Brazilian butt lifts. We cater to everyone: (those who) don't know where to start, just started, lost the weight and need to toned, getting ready for that body building competition, we have something for you!

Our services include: Ultrasonic cavitation, non-invasive BBL (booty lift), Radio Frequency full body detox, RF skin tightening, infrared light lipo fat loss and whole body rejuvenation, LED light therapy, hypnotherapy weight loss packages, sunless tanning, teeth whitening, and even tooth gems! From head to toe, we have a solution, with absolutely no downtime.

What I like most about doing business here: I believe in living your life by design. If you don't love where you live, move. If you dread going to work, change careers. If there's something you want to upgrade in your life or your body, DO IT!

Changes I’d like to see in this area: I love Gilbert's small-town feel. I know we're growing like crazy, but I hope we continue to keep the charm and camaraderie that I have grown to love here.

What am I promoting: So excited to announce Valley Sculpting's official ribbon cutting. I saved this event for the one-year anniversary of the business opening, and I will also be celebrating my birthday as well! Nov. 20, 3-7 pm. Ribbon cutting with the mayor at 4 p.m. Lots of vendors, food, drinks, prizes, giveaways. It should be a great time! Stop by and say hello, get some pampering and get a head start on your holiday shopping! It will be an event you won't soon forget. 

What I’m excited about and why: Valley Sculpting has been growing like crazy, and I couldn't be more excited. If you take a look at our reviews on Google and Facebook, you will see that we have all five-star reviews from our clients, and I couldn't be more thrilled that they are seeing the results that they desire. Every person has unique body goals so every treatment looks a little different. 

My clients are the best part of my job. 

I have been nominated and selected as a finalist for in Best of the Valley 2023 in Best Weight Loss Centers. I can't wait for voting to start in November! It's a dream come true just be nominated, but the fact that I'm a finalist is something I didn't see coming. Thank you so much for the nominations, I am so very humbled to be serving my community in such a meaningful way. Don't forget to vote in November!

When and why I started my business/employment here:  Living in the East Valley was a dream for me for many years, I used to have an aerial picture of Gilbert as my background on my computer to remind myself of my biggest and most challenging goal. To get up and leave everyone and everything I know and love and start a new chapter here in the Valley. I finally saved enough and rented a U-haul. When I landed here I was running a business managing foreclosure properties, but as the economy flourished, the list of foreclosures dwindled. Soon I had to find a new career. I started practicing body contouring four years ago but didn't decide to make a career out of it until 2022. When I did, I hit the ground running and never looked back, Now I can confidently say, I live in the most amazing state, work in the best city, and have the career of my dreams. Helping people is what I was born to do.  

My family: My family all lives back in Washington, and I try to visit as often as possible. I don't miss living there, but it's a great place to visit. 

My interests, hobbies: When I'm not working, I love reading motivational, personal growth and autobiographies. I like to craft, paint and write. I have self-published a 2024 goal setting planner, a manifestation and affirmation journal, two pregnancy journals and a book that takes a deeper look into the services offered at my medspa. People who inspire me (and how): My dog inspires me. The unconditional love of animals is nothing short of amazing. And every day I strive to be the person my dog thinks I am.

My guiding philosophy: Never give up. Set your goals and smash them. If theres something you want, you have the ability to get it. Your only limitations are within. Dream bigger, do more. You got this.

My advice to today’s youth: You probably won't get rich making videos on TikTok. Discover your passion and don't stop until you do, and then go confidently in the direction of your dreams. Being lazy or being bored is an excuse. And in life, you can either have excuses or you can have results but you can't ever have both.
