Restaurant owners struggle to find help amid uptick

Some Valley restaurant owners are struggling to find help as eateries are seeing a significant uptick in business.

The Arizona Restaurant Association is a trade organization that acts as resource for Valley restaurants.

“Yeah, we have certainly seen an uptick,” Mr. Chucri said. “I think there has been a pent-up demand.”
