A Valley man has been indicted on multiple counts of child sex trafficking and sexual contact with a minor in the county, according to the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office.
George “Geno” Mosley, 31, was indicted by a grand jury on 14 counts of child sex trafficking, 2 counts of sexual conduct with a minor and one count of illegal control of an enterprise, all felonies under Arizona law, according to a press release.
Mosley is accused of recruiting a 17-year-old victim from Michigan to come to Arizona after messaging the victim on social medial. Once the victim was in the state, the indictment alleges Mosely had sex her and then had her act as a prostitute between May and July 2024, according to the press release.
Mosley is being held on a $400,000 cash bond and a trial date is currently set in April 2025, according to a press release.
