Golf cars, standard vehicles and even cyclists in the community certainly have passed over major divots or bumps in the Sun City West community roads and audibly challenged the necessity.
But those valley gutters are necessary, at least until they become a nuisance to motorists.
At the intersection of 152st Avenue and Horseman Road there is a deep valley gutter that effects approximately 300 residents in the area on a daily basis. Additionally, the intersection is a cut-through for access to both Desert Trails Golf Course, 22525 N. Executive Way, and Deer Valley Golf Course, 13975 W. Deer Valley Drive.
