Valley freeways free of closures for 3 weekends: ADOT

PHOENIX – No full closures are scheduled along Valley freeways for construction or maintenance work over the next three weekends, Arizona transportation officials said.
The Arizona Department of Transportation and its contractors will not schedule closures on Valley freeways on the weekends of Dec. 20-23, Dec. 27-30 and Jan. 3-6. While freeway work is possible at times, including on weeknights, no major restrictions are planned, according to ADOT.
