Valley employers focus on diversity to fill roles

Some Valley employers are thinking outside the box to snag top talent.

Next month, ONE Community and the Arizona Lodging and Tourism Commission will host a free virtual career fair for area job seekers. More than 25 employers are expected to participate.

It’s in part a way to highlight employers who want diversity in their workforce. It’s also a way to bring in job seekers to the hospitality industry that was hard hit by the pandemic and still recovering.
