Valley cities, towns find spiking insurance rates — or no carrier at all

​Any Valley resident with auto insurance can probably tell rates have spiked within the past few months or years.

The same is true for cities around the region looking to insure their property and staff.

The Chandler City Council recently approved a commercial insurance and services item that will cost almost $4 million in fiscal 2025 alone.
