U.S. House approves Brandon Act named after deceased Peoria native

The U.S. House of Representatives approved the Brandon Act as an amendment to the National Defense Authorization Act Sept. 23.

His parants Teri and Patrick Caserta have been fighting for justice and his legacy, pushing Congress to pass the act.
