PHOENIX - Public employee unions contend a measure crafted by Republican lawmakers to attack the Arizona Education Association would bar the ability of all of them to negotiate with the state, cities and counties.

And now they are going to court to get a judge to alter what they say is a lie being told to voters about the effects of the ballot measure.
