Canadian rock legends The Guess Who will include Phoenix on their reunion tour, their first featuring founding members Burton Cummings and Randy Bacnhman together in Arizona as the band’s classic lineup.
Cummings and Bachman on Tuesday announced an extensive U.S. headline tour, performing together as The Guess Who for the first time in 23 years. Dubbed the Takin’ It Back Tour, the run will hit Arizona Financial Theatre on Aug. 17.
Formed in 1965, The Guess Who released 11 studio albums, all of which charted in both Canada and the U.S., including 1970s “American Woman,” which went to No. 1 in Canada and hit the Top 10 in the U.S. They placed 14 singles in the U.S. Top 40 and more than 30 in Canada.
