Why the rush to rename Loop 202 after Charlie Kirk?

OPINION — In response to state Sen. Warren Petersen’s opinion, Why the bill renaming Loop 202 for Charlie Kirk must become law:

Why the rush? The state should follow the standard required process for naming a public highway, etc. in honor of someone.
