‘City within city’ construction planned for spring

Halo Vista, whose developers envision as a “city within a city” that establishes a hub for science and innovation in north Phoenix, now has a groundbreaking date.

Chris Janson, president of Mack Halo Vista LLC, said at the ULI Trends Day conference in Phoenix Feb. 20 that the project will break ground March 25.

“We start in the spring with the first 200 acres,” Janson said.
