Reducing the required number of parking spaces at a trade school and a medical clinic were approved Jan. 6 by the Mesa Board of Adjustment.
“The Mesa city code requires the concurring vote of at least four members of the board in order for an applicant’s request to be granted,” Chair Adam Gunderson said at the virtual meeting held by Zoom. “At today’s hearing, the board will reach and announce a decision on every case on today’s agenda and that decision is final but may be appealed within 30 days as a request for special action to Superior Court. All requests approved an today’s meeting must be exercised within one year or the approval will expire.”
Reducing the parking spaces at two businesses were approved in a 5-0 vote of a consent agenda with other items.
