Tyne to step down as Peoria city manager

Last day with the city expected to be March 3, 2023

Peoria City Manager Jeff Tyne has announced he will step down as the city’s highest nonelected official.

Tyne has served the city for 25 years, five of those as city manager.

Mayor Cathy Carlat said in a news release Tyne has been a city manager second to none, with integrity and professionalism that never wavered.
