Posted
By Chris Caraveo
At least one person has been transported to the hospital after a vehicle collision in Surprise.
The crash occurred at about 3 p.m. near the intersection of Bell Road and Brookside Lane.
There vehicles and three people were involved, Surprise Fire-Medical Battalion Chief Julie Moore said. Two were delayed transports to the hospital while one refused transport.
According to Surprise Police Department Sgt. Tim Klarkowski, eastbound Bell Road is detoured at Reems Road for the next 45 to 60 minutes.
The cause is under investigation. Impairment is not suspected at this time.
