Two of the top three homes sales in Peoria topped $1 million for the week of April 21-28, and all were in the 85383 ZIP code, the city’s luxury home hot spot, according to Realtor.com.
The highest-priced home, at 6961 W. Hatfield Road, closed on April 21 for $2.65 million. The 9,174-square-foot home has six bedrooms and 6.5 baths on a 1.25-acre lot. The seller was represented by Adrian Regus with Prestige Realty. The buyer was represented by Daniel Jacobson with Long Realty West Valley.
The second highest-priced home, at 24412 N. 100th Lane, sold on April 23 for $1.195 million. The 5,133-square-foot home has four bedrooms and 3.5 baths on a 0.73-acre lot. The seller was represented by Case Hague with DPR Realty. No agent was listed representing the buyer.
