Two Paradise Valley police officers lauded for lifesaving actions

When a woman was having a drug overdose, unresponsive and not breathing, the actions of two Paradise Valley police officers saved her life.

Paradise Valley Police Department officers Steven Tubbs and James Skinner were awarded in late October for their response to the emergency situation.

Sgt. Joe DiVenti nominated the two officers for an internal award, where he described the emergency situation.
