Recently, two transactions have put the Langley Properties group in control of more readily developable land with current utility solutions in and around Florence.
On Dec. 28, Langley Lewis Holdings LLC purchased Daybreak, approximately 3,840 acres of farmland both on the north and southwest side of Florence. On Jan. 5, Langley Johnson Estates LLC purchased Skyrise, 1,130 acres of grazing land south of downtown Florence.
Both will be future master-planned communities in one of the fastest-growing corridors in Arizona. The largest development will be called Lews Ranch, while the smaller one will be called Johnson Estates.
“These properties have so much going for them.They have unique access to utilities, giving them the ability to flush and brush and they are in an excellent location within current transportation corridors, as well as along the future north/south Freeway,” stated Stacy Brimhall, manager of Langley Properties, in a press release. “We are very excited to bring both Daybreak and Skyrise to market.”
Entitlement for the first phase of Daybreak, consisting of 563 acres, is underway in conjunction with Florence, which will be the utility provider.
“The Town of Florence is very excited to have Langley Properties investing in our community,” stated Brent Billingsley, outgoing Florence town manager. “Stacy and Josh Brimhall have a long history in Pinal County and Florence. We look forward to this partnership and the quality development that comes from it.”
