Two file statements of interest to run for Scottsdale council

Three seats on council and the mayor’s chair are open for re-election

With the next election cycle just around the corner, interest in filling the three city council seats opening up next December is already brewing.

Attorney Jan Dubauskas and software engineer/business owner Justin Laos have filed statements of interest to seek one of the three council seats coming open.

Those seats are currently occupied by first term incumbents Tom Durham, Tammy Caputi and Betty Janik.
