Two Arizona companies earned some top praise this week. 

Creation — a real estate development firm — and LGE Design Build — a design-build construction firm — both landed on a coveted list. 

Inc. Magazine named the Arizona-affiliated businesses on its list of America's fastest-growing private companies, a press release said. 

 Creation —a firm involved in real estate development, hospitality brand creation and alternative investments—  made it to the top 10% for its second consecutive appearance; and LGE Design Build, a  design-build construction firm, made its debut on the list, the press release said.

Up from the 1,328 spot last year, Creation was named one of the fastest-growing real estate developers in the country and No. 1 in that same category in Arizona and Texas.

LGE Design Build made the list by posting  a 186% three-year growth rate, the press release said.

Inc.’s yearly list tracks companies’ self-reported revenue growth and highlights those with the highest percentage growth during the previous three years. This year, growth from 2019 to 2022 was measured, according to the press release.

Other Arizona companies also made the list. 

Scottsdale's Epic Golf Club,  MO Studio of Scottsdale and Kayo Energy and Sonoran Roots — both from Tempe— made the list, according to the Inc.com website.
