Turf Paradise expected to be sold

Turf Paradise is expected to be sold. 

Vincent Francia, general manager for Turf Paradise, said on Wednesday the longtime Phoenix racetrack is expected to change hands as discussions are ongoing between Turf Paradise owner Jerry Simms and CT Realty.

"Discussions are taking place toward the sale of the racetrack, that's correct," Francia said.
