“What’s that you ask? Well, the Mountain View Lutheran Church well-lit parking lot will be the scene and everyone with children or not is invited to decorate their car trunk in Halloween decor, load up with candy and join all your neighbors for a fun filled evening of a safe old fashioned ‘Trick or Treat’ except going from house to house, the children will be going from car trunk to car trunk,” according to a release.
