OPINION — Chiropractic care is a proven, non-invasive method to provide pain relief, injury rehabilitation and improve overall quality of life, and prescription medications can be an effective part of pain management and an aid in the overall recovery process.
I worry that the high cost of prescription drugs is one factor that discourages Arizona patients from seeking medical care for their chronic and acute pain. That’s why I support initiatives like President Trump’s Most Favored Nation drug-pricing initiative, which helps ensure Americans pay the same low price for medications as consumers in other wealth countries.
