The Surprise man accused of killing one person and injuring 12 others during a June shooting spree in multiple northwest Valley locations has an April 2022 trial date set.
Police said the man, Ashin Tricarico, 19, is solely responsible for a shooting spree scattered across eight locations during a violent rampage that ended when he was taken into custody miles from the site of the first shooting.
His trial date is scheduled for Thursday, April 7, 2022, in Maricopa County Superior Court in downtown Phoenix.
