Valley experts continue to see an upward trend in housing prices across the Valley no matter which location buyers look to purchase.
Earlier this month, officials at the Maricopa Association of Governments presented housing data collected to show the current state of the Valley housing market. Officials presented data to the El Mirage City Council on May 4.
Last year’s fourth-quarter numbers show the median home price in Maricopa County is $340,000 up from first-quarter 2019. Then, the Maricopa County median home price was $270,000 — a $70,000 increase.
