Traffic woes concern residents in north Surprise

Motorists there want faster fixes to roads

Joe Mansour isn’t so sure he made the right decision to sell his Sarah Ann Ranch home in west Surprise so he could move to Asante in the northern area.

In February, he spent more than $500,000 on the home and installed a $65,000 pool in his backyard. But with growing traffic concerns in the area and only small fixes coming soon, Mansour is now wondering if it was all worth it.

“Everytime I get stuck in traffic, I do get buyer’s remorse,” Mansour said.
