Traffic pole falls, kills man in Buckeye

A man unloading a traffic pole was killed when it fell on him Thursday night in Buckeye, police said.

The man was unloading the pole, which was to be installed at Broadway and Miller roads, when it fell, according to police.

Police shut the intersection down to all traffic late Thursday night, Oct. 13.
