Traffic jams stop many from reaching Charlie Kirk vigil

Many would-be goers to right wing activist Charlie Kirk’s vigil at State Farm Stadium in Glendale found it impossible to get in.

Traffic jams on the way to the stadium lasted for hours, leading some to abandon their cars on side streets and attempt a hike as much as 4 miles away to reach the event.

By 8:30 a.m. people were already turning back to make their ways to theirs cars parked 2 miles away from the stadium, realizing they would never get into the service that began at 11 a.m.
