The Surprise Planning and Zoning Commission will possibly take action on a site plan for Town at Surprise Center, a townhouse project in the City Center, at 6 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 17 at City Hall, 16000 N. Civic Center Plaza.
The 114-unit townhome community is planned for 5.4 acres on the northeast corner of Elm Street and 142nd Avenue.
Because of COVID-19 pandemic conditions, in-person attendance is not allowed at the meeting.
