Top sales went for $825,000

The top three home sales in Peoria for the week of Feb. 25-March 4 were in the 85383 ZIP code, Peoria’s luxury home hot spot, according to Realtor.com.

Two homes tied for the top spot that week.

One of the top home sales, 8635 W. Rowel Road, sold for $825,000 on Feb. 25. The 4,070-square-foot home on a 0.32-acre lot has four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms.
