Top home sale, 7964 W. Expedition Way, sold for $2.371 million on Nov. 10, 2021. The 5,750-square-foot home on a 1.04-acre lot has four bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms. The seller was represented by Wendy Griffin with Homesmart. The buyer was represented by Mark Shipley Arizona Homestar Realty.
