Timeline of fire district public records request

A public records request for a five-year snapshot from Superstition Fire and Medical District of out-of-court settlements was emailed Saturday, Jan. 16, to Assistant Chief of Planning and Logistics Richard Ochs.

He forwarded it Jan. 19 to Fire Chief Mike Farber who forwarded it the same day to Anna Butel, SFMD’s administrative services director.
