The event is free, and registration is not required. Southwellness will be providing the services through a partnership with Maricopa County to offer free COVID-19 testing.

If you have insurance, bring your insurance card with you to the testing event. If uninsured, bring your Arizona drivers license, a state issued ID, or your social security number. You will not be denied if you do not have insurance.

Pre-registration for the Dec. 17 event has reached capacity. Southwellness encourages people to show up early to ensure a test as supplies are limited.
