Three Scottsdale city council members call for criminal investigation of mayor

County attorney opens investigation but takes no action

It’s no secret to anyone paying attention the Scottsdale City Council does not get along.

A recent poll by a private facilitator for a council retreat scored the group’s culture a 13 out of 100.

After having worked with more than 130 government teams at the federal, state and local levels, the score was the lowest founder and facilitator, Julie Lancaster of Lancaster Leadership, said she had ever seen.
