Phoenix Police are investigating a shooting in south Phoenix Sunday night that left three dead and another in the hospital, according to a release.

Officers responded to the area of 39^th Street and Beverly Road about 4:45 p.m. Nov. 23 regarding a domestic violence call, the release said. As officers were responding, the caller indicated a man was shooting a gun from inside the home and that multiple people were shot.

When officers arrived, they found a man, later identified as 68-year-old George Chin Ku, and a woman, later identified as 64-year-old Scarlett Shiu-Mei Ku, shot and killed inside of the home.  In addition, two men, one of which was identified as 31-year-old Jeremy Jonathan Ku, were found inside both suffering from at least one gunshot wound. 

Both men were transported to a nearby hospital for treatment.  Jeremy Ku died at the hospital.  The other man transported suffered non-life-threatening injuries, the release said.

The preliminary investigation indicates that during a domestic violence incident between the husband, George, and his wife Scarlett, George produced a firearm and shot Scarlett at least one time. George then fired his handgun in the direction of his son Jeremy and the other man inside of the home.  After shooting both Jeremy and the other man, George turned the gun onto himself and ended his life.

Additional details related to this incident remain part of the ongoing investigation and is still an active and ongoing investigation.  At this time, no other suspects are being sought after.
