Three prospective bidders are expected to vie for north Phoenix land near Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co.’s Arizona facility at Interstate 17 and Loop 303.
The land — about 2,340 acres — is generally located west, north and east of where Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co.’s Arizona facility is being built, according to Lynn Córdova, spokeswoman for the Arizona State Land Department.
Bidders include Biscuit Flats Dev LLC, which is controlled by the Mack Real Estate Group; ViaWest Group, which is bidding underneath the name VWP Acquisitions LLC; and Biscuit Technology Park, sponsored by Ashton Wolfswinkel and CLB Partners LLC, according to a bidder qualifications report from the Arizona State Land Department.
