Threat at Liberty High School determined not credible

Peoria Unified School District officials encountered a possible threat on Liberty High School yesterday, but determined it not to be credible.

PUSD spokeswoman Danielle Airey said a Liberty student posted a photo of themselves with a gun, Sept. 15, but the language on the post was not specific. It read: Karma is gonna hit some of ya’ll real hard for breaking people who had nothing but good intentions for you.

The district sent out a notification to all parents and guardians of students at the school this morning.
