Thomasson: Our small-town charm hangs from the walls.

Posted

It seems every day we discover something special about living in the Town of Paradise Valley.

Our talented PV Arts Board works hard each year to showcase the work of a local artist with a yearlong exhibit of their work at the Paradise Valley Town Hall at 6401 E. Lincoln. This year’s artist, Dr. Larry Brecker, has livened up our council chambers with beautiful, bright and thoughtful photographic images of flora and fauna.

Next time you stop by town hall to mail a letter or check on a building plan submittal, wander around the main room and enjoy Larry’s work.

This year the PV Arts Board is also pleased to host a discussion with the artist, where Larry will describe his work and personally sign copies of his book. Bring a friend and stop by Wednesday, Dec. 7, between 1-3 p.m. to meet Larry and enjoy a free afternoon of art and conversation. No reservation required, just drop by.

Our small-town charm lives on.

Councilmember Anna Thomasson is the proud Paradise Valley Town Council liaison to the PV Arts Board and new fan of Larry’s photographs.
