One Glendale neighborhood is piling up code compliance violations, and the city is taking notice.
The Granada Estates neighborhood encompasses the area roughly from Paradise Lane south to Greenway Road, and from roughly 67th Avenue to 66th Avenue. The neighborhood is just west of Cactus High School and Foothills Elementary School, and sits in the city’s Sahuaro District.
A resident aired complaints about the issues to the City Council at its April 12 workshop, claiming, mostly, that residents park cars all over their front yards in violation of the city’s code compliance.
