Third open meetings violation complaint filed against Scottsdale City Council

The open meetings violations complaints continue to pile up for the Scottsdale City Council.

A third complaint was filed against the council with the Arizona Attorney General’s Office less than three months into the new council’s tenure.

Former City Council Member Tom Durham has filed a third open meetings violation complaint about the council’s direction to city staff to switch a roundabout earmarked for Scottsdale Road and Dynamite Boulevard to a traditional signalized intersection without taking a formal vote on the matter.
