Third Andy’s Frozen Custard planned in Mesa

An Andy’s Frozen Custard with a drive-thru is to be constructed west of Signal Butte Road on the south side of Southern Avenue in Mesa.

Preliminary design for the building on 1.39 acres of vacant land recently was discussed by the Mesa Design Review Board.

The site plan calls for a 1,275-square-foot building with access through shared drives off Southern Avenue, Staff Planner Robert Mansolillo said during the Feb. 8 meeting of the board.
