Theodore Wild

Theodore Wild, 92Sun City West resident Theodore Wild died Oct. 4, 2007, in the care of Hospice.Mr. Wild was born April 21, 1915, in Illinois. He was a World War II veteran who flew 76 missions over Italy and France as a radio operator and gunner in a B-26 Marauder bomber.He was a close friend to Maud Gilbert for many years.Mr. Wild was preceded in death by his wife, Vivian.He is survived by seven brothers, Leo, Leroy, Eugene, Robert, Ramon, Frank and David; two sisters, Ellen Becker and Charlotte Vix. All his siblings are from Illinois.He was cremated at Sunland Memorial Park and his ashes will be taken to Illinois and placed next to his wife at Clarendon Hills Cemetery, where a family service will be conducted at a later date.
