The pandemic indeed halted live theater in its tracks, but one Peoria stage has mastered a way to keep the show going.
TheaterWorks, located inside the Peoria Center for Performing Arts, 10580 N. 83rd Drive, is launching its third immersive theater production since the pandemic started, and it is building off of its previous successful works in the process. “Curiouser & Curiouser Too” opens to live audiences Thursday, June 3 to begin a run that goes through July 25.
“This grownup theater experience is part escape room, part art installation and part theater performance,” TheaterWorks states in a news release for the new production.
