The Vig scheduled to open in Peoria earlier than expected

A popular Valley restaurant and bar is about to open a new location in Peoria.

The Vig will open its first West Valley restaurant at Park West, May 8, earlier than its targeted plan of third-quarter 2023.

Designed by AV3 Design Studio, the restaurant is set to boast four separate dining areas including a bar and lounge, outdoor patio, dining room and semi-private 20-seat den for private events.
