Council recently approved final plat

The Shops at Lake Pleasant in Peoria is a step closer to construction.

Peoria City Council recently approved a final plat for the project, located at the southwest corner of Lake Pleasant Parkway and Yearling Road.

The purpose of the final plat is to prepare a subdivision for commercial use. This final plat will provide easements and rights of way to allow for a proposed commercial development layout. All internal roadways are private and will be maintained by the development.
