Queen Creek Police Department Takes the 30x30 pledge

Program aimed at bringing more women into law enforcement

The Queen Creek Police Department has joined the 30x30 Pledge — a series of low- and no-cost actions policing agencies can take to improve the representation and experiences of women in law enforcement.

The activities help policing agencies develop and implement strategies and solutions to eliminate barriers and advance women in policing. These actions address recruitment, assessment, hiring, retention, promotion and agency culture.

“We are honored and excited to be among the first in the nation to make this important commitment,” said Queen Creek Police Chief Randy Brice. “These efforts, among others, will be critical in building a strong organization that truly represents the community.”
