The Pomeroy, a 293,346-square-foot multifamily development in Mesa, recently achieved LEED Silver certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
StarPoint Properties LLC, the building’s owner and developer, engaged Green Ideas Building Science Consultants to work with its design and construction team to implement high-performance building elements and achieve LEED Silver certification for The Pomeroy.
The Pomeroy, 139 N. Dobson Road was completed in February and LEED certification was achieved March 5.
