The Kimsey project — a mixed-use development seeking to maintain a 1960s building and historic Scottsdale roots — will ask for City Council’s blessing Tuesday night to redevelopment for its next era.
The Kimsey seeks to redevelop a 3.87-acre site to include a 168-room hotel, 190 dwelling units, a restaurant and commercial support at 7110 E. Indian School Road. The property is west of Scottsdale Road, between Indian School Road and Third Avenue.
The Scottsdale City Council will vote on the project at a 5 p.m. Tuesday, April 6, meeting.
