A 273-acre industrial business park is to be constructed west of Sossaman Road on the south side of Elliot Road in Mesa.
The Mesa Planning and Zoning Board recently voted unanimously in a consent agenda with other items to recommend the City Council approve a site plan, preliminary plat and rezoning of the property from agriculture to light industrial with a planned area development overlay.
A height increase to 65 feet from the allowed 40 feet is part of the requested planned area development overlay, according to a presentation Planner Joshua Grandlienard made at a study session prior to the Feb. 8 meeting.
