The Aster at Mountain Vista, a new luxury apartment community in east Mesa, is now leasing, according to MEB Management Services.

The community aims to set a new standard for sophisticated apartment living, according to a release.

The one-, two- and three-bedroom luxury apartments have open-concept layouts, smart thermostats, synchronous gigabit internet, stainless steel appliances and upscale finishes, it states.

“We are excited to introduce The Aster at Mountain Vista to the Mesa area,” Amity Dalton, vice president of new development at MEB Management Services, said in the release. “Our community is designed to cater to the evolving needs of modern residents seeking upscale living spaces combined with a robust suite of amenities and easy access to major tech corridors.”

Located at 1103 S. Crismon Road, The Aster at Mountain Vista spans 8.47 acres and has seven residential buildings housing 80 one-bedroom, 66 two-bedroom and 10 three-bedroom units for a total of 156 new units.

Amenities include a modern pool and spa, landscaped fitness and game lawns, covered parking, a dog park and community clubhouse.

“We designed The Aster at Mountain Vista to bring a luxury boutique rental community to a fast-growing east Mesa market,” Bradly Richardson Jr., president of Ascent Companies, said in the release. “Thought and passion were put into each design element to make this community a desired destination for our residents. We are excited to be part of the east Mesa community and look forward to serving our residents, team and community for many years to come.”

The Aster at Mountain Vista’s location provides quick access to major tech and business hubs. Just a short drive away is the Mountain Vista Medical Center; Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport; as well as the Elliot Tech Corridor, which houses influential corporations including Google, Facebook, Amazon, Apple and Niagara Water.

It is an ideal choice for professionals and newcomers to the area seeking comfortable living and sophistication with proximity to their workplaces. The location also encourages outdoor adventure with proximity to both Usery Mountain Regional Park and the Superstition Mountain range, the release states.
